Patsy (Patricia) King

Trustee

Patsy grew up between Auckland and Northland,with a strong connection to her Ngapuhi roots, and extended family.

She completed her schooling at Glendowie College in Auckland.

After leaving school she entered in to the hospitality industry.

In 1979 she moved to Hamilton with her husband and young family where they had a partnership in the award winning Restaurant, Gainsborough House. During the 1980's they also opened 2 other award winning restaurants, Julians and Eliza's.

In 1990, Patsy entered the Real Estate industry with her husband Brian, where they have had successful careers, beginning in sales and working through to ownership.

Both Patsy and Brian are part owners of Harcourts Hamilton.

Patsy has a passion for what the Waikato Womens Refuge is achieving, and enjoys being a part of such an important and rewarding organisation within our local community.

She is a trained mediator and holds Diplomas in Real Estate and Dispute Resolution.
